Hi, I'm Justine.

For twelve years, I worked in nonprofit fundraising, helping organizations raise millions of dollars, build and pitch multi-million-dollar proposals, and keep the heart of the mission at the forefront of every ask. Along the way, I learned to read the room, identify the gaps others often missed, and help reignite the volunteers, donors, and teams who had lost their spark. But what I kept coming back to wasn't the campaign plan. It was the people behind it.

I've experienced both burnout and breakthrough, and I've watched too many gifted leaders lose momentum simply because no one was in their corner. I started this practice to be that person: someone who listens for the real challenge, helps uncover what's getting in the way, and walks alongside leaders until they find a clear path forward.

Today, I partner with mission-driven executive directors, founders, boards, and development teams to navigate obstacles, develop healthy people and thriving teams, and rediscover the heart that brought them to this work in the first place. Because when leaders are healthy and aligned, their organizations become healthier, their teams grow stronger, and their mission has the opportunity to flourish.
